Every time I walk in this Dunkin’ Donuts, I get greeted with smiles and great assistance, the areas are always clean, they don’t mind if you’re coming in to have a seat to take a moment of your time to gather your thoughts. I appreciate everyone there, because they definitely make me feel comfortable, while I’m there and the coffee stays fresh!!! On Gawd!!…
Clean. Great customer service. Dine in or take out. Drive through is available. Delivery services must go inside to pickup during standard business hours. Known for their bakery and breakfast items. Coffee is sold here as well. At times can be limited parking in the front.
I order here of a lot & more than a handful times their bagels are like rocks, and overcooked even when selecting toast lightly. Both the bagel bites and the regular bagels. I haven’t had any issues with service or other food items, but some reason Dunkin' doughnuts bagels are always tough and stale. I think this is a chain issue since it’s not the only location I’ve had this issue. I feel like they are using old bagels, and not throwing the old ones out.
I’ve been coming to this Dunkin as a regular for the last year and I can tell you confidently the atmosphere, service, and most importantly my drink NEVER changes!! Which is very important to me that it tastes the same each time no matter who is making it. The manager is amazinggg and takes the time to know her customers, greet you with a smile, and ask how your day is going. It’s the perfect way to start my day each morning!
