The staff is so nice here! It honestly makes or breaks your experience at any place if whether the staff is nice. I dropped my coffee and they made me a new one immediately. I offered to pay, but they didn't let me. The coffee is so much better than Starbucks coffee and they will customize it for you as much as you want.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff were generally unfriendly. One male staff member in particular was especially rude, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously in the future.

⭐️ (Original) We had an unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’. A taller, wider woman with long black hair in a ponytail (who said she “usually doesn’t work here”) was rude, slammed the window, and made our drinks wrong twice. She didn’t put stickers on the first two cups, made a regular Dunkalatte without the cookie dough syrup we paid for, and made one drink as a brown sugar shaken espresso instead of regular with 2 butter pecan and 2 hazelnut.
