A taller, wider woman with long black hair in a ponytail (who said she “usually doesn’t work here”) was rude, slammed the window, and made our drinks wrong twice. We had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’ location. When we pulled up to the speaker, the employee told us “hold on” in a rude tone, then asked what we wanted. We explained that we had a mobile order, and she responded with “ugh, wait at the window.” When we got to the window (which was open), we greeted her, but she did not greet us back. This has been my 2nd or 3rd time coming to this location for my Hot Caramel Machiatto, I have always experienced great service from Imran! He has always been so kind and pleasant and always has a smile on his face. That is very refreshing! If he is not already a manager, he should be.
