The service was a disaster; they didn't even speak to us or say hello. We had to ask for everything we ordered because it wasn't brought out, and when they finally did deliver it, they did so rudely.
They make mistakes, take so long and on top of that they don't own their mistakes. Horrible!
Whoever the heavyset manager is with face tattoos needs to go, two hard-working employees trying to keep up with the drive-through and walk-in customers. Well she degrades them in front of everybody saying she’s writing people up and then proceeds to take a personal phone call and disappear, outback. As a small business owner, it’s hard to find dedicated employees like the male and female that we’re running around trying their best
First time in ages I got a breakfast sandwich that they actually toasted the bagel enough.
