Worst drive-thru experience ever. I wish i could rate negative. We pulled up and politely said hello — the staff snapped back, “Oh hello to Burger King… (something gibberish) this is Dunkin — we don’t just pull up and say hello, WAIT!” Absolutely rude and unnecessary. Because of this we wanted to cancel our online order, but instead of helping, she rudely said, “Your order is done,” and shoved the food at us. Unbelievable taking only online order store set up in a truck stop I’ll never stop there anymore sorry about convenience store which is clean and friendly 😡
Waited in line while the two women employees chatted about their personal life and continued to play with their phone and drama. They like to swear and the blue haired was going off on some tyrant. Eventually they walked away from serving the customers to deal with more of the drama in the back. Avoid this dunkin because it's all drama and no customer service. Get what you pay for.
