I visted the Dunkin, Smyrna on the corner of 0ne Mile lane. When I arrived there was 2 people in the store and no one in the drive through, one guy was waiting on a coffee and the other was getting 3 dozen, you pickum donuts. so I decided to use the kiosk on the counter to make it quicker. I ordered a dozen surprise me and paid. I then moved away to make room in case someone else came in. Service sucks. Doesn’t even have 90% of menu items half the time. Iced coffee taste like watered down milk with sugar that just sits at the bottom of the cup. Refresher drinks taste like Lysol. A lot of moron kids running this place down.
Every time I come here I order a coffee with less cream than their default and I get handed a glass that’s basically milk
Ordered the bonfire s’mores frozen coffee. We usually enjoy this drink, however at this location too much ice, not enough coffee and didn’t look like what we usually get at Dunkin and taste a little off.
