Not sure what you guys dont understand about "less ice". LESS ICE MEANS LESS ICE! If theres a pre measure for drinks, then there needs a to be a measurement for little and no ice drinks. I pay $10 for a drink and if you get regular ice, you get a few sips FOR $10!!! ARE YOU PEOPLE SERIOUS?! DUNKIN YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!!!! We work to hard for our hard earned money to be ripped off. I have received fast, efficient, and friendly service with every order being delicious and accurate. Please thank your hard working, caring, and kind employees. I appreciate them greatly. They make my workday mornings so much better. I order a yummy coconut protein latte and a bacon croissant which are a perfect start to my mandatory office days. They need raises and bonuses.
