place is a mess. has mold underneath the taps system which the manager has yet to fix or have replaced. unsanitary. unprofessional and unmanaged.
I have only been to this Dunkin 3 times bc it's close to my job. All three times they got the order wrong and all three times the sweet tea tastes sour/gone bad. Final straw: the woman had her back to me while I was waiting at the drive thru and when I said "ma'am" to get her attention to let her know the tea they handed me was supposed to be unsweet she didn't give me a chance to speak, only halfway looked over shoulder and said" waiting on your muffin". Cup was only filled 3/4 of the way up and left out extra espresso ordered. Rude staff, as usual.
