We came in and attempted to place my order, it was difficult to hear with the loud music in background, the cashier did not listen very well anyway as I repeated myself a couple times and order still wasn't placed right by cashier. I ordered a small Vanilla non sweetened frozen coffee like I do all the time it came out sweetened, ordered vanilla iced coffee with almond milk and that wasn't correct either they added something that gave me an unwanted upcharge. Awesome
Yeah, the lady in the drive-through was nice but God forbid this place has employees that practice hygiene. The drive-through girl was handing me my stuff and I couldn’t help but to see that it looked like she was digging a hole with her bare hands before shift. Please, somebody get this girl a nail scrubber. I hope that they are not letting this person handle food. Verrryy concerning and makes customers feel like this place is unsanitary
Everyone is so friendly with upbeat personalities my drinks are always made correctly and the food is exceptional. This is the only Dunkin I'll go to
