I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this Dunkin’ location. The employee who assisted me took an unusually long time with my order and was unfriendly and rude throughout the entire interaction. There was no greeting, no smile, and I felt as though I was inconveniencing her simply by being a customer. When my coffee was made incorrectly, I politely asked for it to be remade. I've given this location 4 chances and they've screwed up my orders all but 1 time. The afternoon crew is the worst. I gave them 1 more chance today, all I got was a midnight blend (supposed to be strong and a dark roast) with toasted almond flavor. I don't know how you can mess that up but they did.
