Wasn't busy but my order was wrong. Went back for another sandwich and then my sandwich was wrong. Did I mention the young man gave me someone's elses order when I arrived at the window and then asked for it back. I was the passenger. I will not be back
Dunkin’ Donuts Where Customer Service Goes to Die I ordered a sandwich and what I got was completely burnt the entire thing was black and disgusting. When I called the store to complain, the person who answered was rude and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. That’s ridiculous. If management or HR doesn’t reach out about this, it’ll just prove how careless this company really is. This was hands down the worst food and customer service I’ve ever experienced.
This Dubkin is the absolute worst!! Every single time I order from here, half of my order is missing!! They can’t care less to read the order details and I’m tired of it. This location truly SUCKS!
To the man who was working on 10/07 at 12AM. Please don’t do midnight shifts. It was not busy only 1 car was in front of me I only wanted an ice coffee. You didn’t had to yell at me at the intercom.
