This used to be our favorite Dunkins. Love the Pumpkin Spice. We went in recently for our coffees and got flavored water and stale donuts. Poor customer service.
Puts drink orders in wrong so you can’t ask them to remake it right and clearly not well staffed enough for the traffic it gets.
The place turns the mobile ordering on at 5:00, gets my money and still isn't open at 5:50. Very frustrating. I had to go down the street to another location and place the same order. I'm sure it will be a headache getting my money back. Lesson learned - don't order through the app unless you actually know the location is open. If you're not open for business, don't have the app up and running. Ridiculous.
