The store, and the general manager, Ricky, are completely incompetent. Waited 20 minutes in store for a simple walk-in mobile order. There were at least five employees working, and no one had even started my order when I checked on it. They seemed utterly unconcerned and unapologetic. When I asked for a refund because I did not have the time to wait, I ended up waiting another five minutes anyways. Employees were rude overall not at all what I expect from a Dunkin store.

Do not buy from here: went in today 4/22, and asked the employee for a chocolate covered sprinkle donut, a fly flew from out of the donut. I moved to the next display and flies are just sitting on the donuts. It’s disgusting how the donuts are left out in the open expose to flies.

Saw something great today—an older veteran dropped his coffee on the way out, and the manager Ricky immediately remade it and brought it out to his car.

I’ve got a love hate relationship with this store. When they’re on top of their game they’re a 10/10, no notes. However, this morning, yikers. Waited 20 minutes for a coffee while everyone else but I was helped. Have had other experiences like this with this store and they get “resolved” with a $2 gift card from Dunkin. So, if you catch them on their A Game, store is amazing but if not best of luck to you.
