Terrible, careless attitude toward customers. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I wanted to buy some delicious Baskin Robbins ice cream, but I was told it was closed—even though Dunkin’ Donuts is open until 9 PM, and it was only 8:50. Outstanding customer focus, indeed. Huge minus to the supervisors.
coffee is always great here and the service is always quick
It should not take almost 50 minutes to make one coffee. I have been standing here for almost an hour now and my drink still isn't ready. The person running the register has been moving around the entire time.
Rude and slow and what's with the dine in fee. Thought they got sued for this.
