Your employees need to learn how to pack a bag. You put the heavier items in first, THEN the lighter items. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 orders of hash browns. Both small bags of hash browns were at the bottom of the bag, UNDER both sandwiches. So, what we ended up with was 2 big, smashed together balls of hashbrowns. It's not the first time it's happened at this location. It's "Bagging 101". Food's ok; typical fast food breakfast sandwiches & sides.
Very rude customer service in drive thru. Every other Dunkin I have been to has never given me the problems I had at this location. If I could give 0 starts I would but 1 is the lowest. Very rude and they will charge you for every little thing they can. I don't know who own this place but it is gonna go down hill. I should have to sit at a window and argue with an employee for over 5 mins about an iced coffee. It held the line up ...
