Went on a Friday 2 hours before closing. Ordered a medium cappuccino but it felt too light to be a medium even though it was in the right size cup. Cappuccino wasn’t hot enough and they were vacuuming and cleaning up while we were sitting there which was very noisy and quite unwelcoming.
I stop here a couple times a week on my way to work. This morning there were three people working, three people ahead of me in line and 4 people behind me in line and I could see they had a lot of online orders. They took the orders of the three in front of me then stopped. I waited for 15 minutes and they did not even acknowledge the rest of us in line, which was now at least six, I had to leave or I would have been late for work. Espresso machine is often broken. The poor staff is left scrambling. In those days, which are frequent, online orders ahead just don’t get filled. Trying to get a refund via the dunkin app is a mess.
Joseline and the crew were busy but very polite handling everyone's orders professionally. Worth the stop !
I’ve never had such a good Dunkin donut experience as I did here. Im not one to write reviews on fast food but this was by far the best dunkin food we have ever had. Nothing was burned or a soggy mess. So whoever was working the sandwich station on 4/11 at around 11-1130…. You’re awesome! The girl at the front counter was very nice as well.
