I've visited this location multiple times since moving here and today's experience was so bad, for the first time in my life I walked out of a Dunkin or any fast food place for that matter without ordering. I came in at approximately 12 pm on a Thursday and patiently waited to place my order. I noticed they were busy and continued to wait, another gentleman was behind me and at this point I had been waiting 10 minutes just to place my order. Went on a Friday 2 hours before closing. Ordered a medium cappuccino but it felt too light to be a medium even though it was in the right size cup. Cappuccino wasn’t hot enough and they were vacuuming and cleaning up while we were sitting there which was very noisy and quite unwelcoming.
I stop here a couple times a week on my way to work. This morning there were three people working, three people ahead of me in line and 4 people behind me in line and I could see they had a lot of online orders. They took the orders of the three in front of me then stopped. I waited for 15 minutes and they did not even acknowledge the rest of us in line, which was now at least six, I had to leave or I would have been late for work.
