I've visited this location multiple times since moving here and today's experience was so bad, for the first time in my life I walked out of a Dunkin or any fast food place for that matter without ordering. I came in at approximately 12 pm on a Thursday and patiently waited to place my order. I noticed they were busy and continued to wait, another gentleman was behind me and at this point I had been waiting 10 minutes just to place my order.
