I bought a ham&Swiss croissant stuffer at a Dunkin in Stoughton. The sandwich had no ham. I brought it to this location in Braintree with my recipe and the uneaten sandwich in the bag and the manager refused to REPLACE it.....because it was bought at a different location. His name was CARLOS SILVA and he definitely needs to be DEMOTED from MANAGER to food prep. I will be calling corporate!!!!
This used too be the best dunkin donuts in Massachusetts by far unfortunately its become the worst in state so I own my own business and starting a second been going too same dunkin donuts in Braintree for over 20 years I work alot so dont get there alot. Wouldn’t recommend coming here, service is ass. It’s a hot day, place isn’t busy and i’m standing there with no one wanting to take my order. There’s no drive thru so what’s the lack of service for? No thanks , close this place .
