Absolutely awful experience. I payed for the Hazelnut cloud dunkalatte. I received a regular hazelnut latte instead. When asking the manager that I did not get the Hazelnut cold foam. He took my drink and just put whipped cream on it and returned it to me!! Whats the point of taking my money for the cold foam and giving me whipped cream instead. This is the reason why people are going to Starbucks instead.
When you order a large latte with no foam, you’re told, “It has foam.” I’m like, yes, that’s why I’m asking for no foam. So not only does your order have foam, it also has an inch and a half of air. I asked if he could fill it with a little more steamed milk. He tells me it would take too long. Well if he did it right in the first place, it would not take any more of his time. I’m tired of paying $5 for a coffee and not getting what was ordered, with a side of attitude. This Dunkin needs a lesson in customer service.
