Love their midnight coffee!
I don’t usually come to this Dunkin it was a last resort, today I had a ridiculous interaction with a lady in the drive thru, I was asking in regards to the new menu items. She seemed very annoyed responding to me and dismissive so i decided to just pick something and pull forward, when i got to the window she gave me no verbal response and was very dismissive again. Went to this store today because the other day was a nine bubbly girl at the window thought she was there today so I want the experience I received the other day but not happened the order was wrong hot instead of iced coffee, aske to change and got bitter iced coffee that didn’t taste like butter pecan with any shot added that I asked for if I wasn’t running late would of brought back not a fan today and if you don’t like your job u should get a new one u picked your place to work don’t make everyone day bad bc u hate ur jo... read more
Terrible customer service & attitude. Should have people that appreciate their jobs working instead of some bratty teens. Got my order wrong bc she wasn’t listening and then gave an attitude when i asked to have my coffee fixed. Totally unacceptable
