I ordered two things one of which was wrong. Customer service experience is terrible here. Since when is it acceptable to yell out "WTF?!" (he said the words not the letters) and "oh sh*t" and "come on b*tch" in front of customers? The place could use a bit of cleaning as well. I won't be returning.
This is so disgusting there was bugs all over the pastry’s. Fruit flys normal flys like that’s actually so gross.
Edit 2: Are they getting worse? A triangular micro bagel? Edit: You should see the coffee I got today. It tasted burnt. The cup had half a spoon of ground coffee sitting in the bottom. Before they used to burn dark toasted bagels (see picture). Now, they are not even warm. The only reason I go to this location is because it is nearby. ---------- Just received this burnt bagel. Thank you for ruining my breakfast. If you saw it was burnt, why didn't you make me another?
