I stopped at this Dunkin’ while on a cross country road trip from Utah to Massachusetts. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived in store, she asked if I was waiting for a specific order then let me know they don’t have decaf iced coffee, which was totally fine and I appreciate her letting me know. (I didn’t even realize I selected decaf.) The staff working is friendly and they are efficient making sure your order is made accurately and quickly, which is very much appreciated
No greeting, no donuts as the manger was counting his drawer as if he was closing the place down already. As we turn to leave all we get is, sorry! HAVE A GOOD DAY, SORRY WE HAVE. ANY DONITS, anything? Acknowledge your customer its not rocket science!
