What happened to this location? The bagels used to be great, now for the past few weeks they're consistently stale. So bad they're nearly inedible. I was hoping it was just a fluke but it seems to be the new norm here.
Horrible service! Waited at the drive thru for someone to take my order. Didn’t happen. Mind you they were open. It’s 4 30 in the afternoon and it’s pouring rain outside. I’m in a foot cast that I need to avoid getting wet at all cost ( other than that I would’ve went inside to place my order). None the less, I pull up to the window to see staff talking, laughing and mopping the floor. The staff saw me and still did not respond. Never again. The absolute worst. Not once but TWICE employees were screaming, yelling and using profanity at one another. There is clearly an issue at this location. If you feel so comfortable doing that in public my trust of that food handling goes down to zero I can only imagine what would go on if no one was looking.
