I took 2 sips of the drink and it was done because of the amount of ice they put in here. Mind you I took this picture 20 minutes later so it already melted quite a bit. What a joke.
This is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. It might be clean, but the management is terrible. Every time I go there, they mess up my order. Not once have they ever gotten it right. I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese one time on a bagel and they gave me the person‘s order in front of me. Just now I ordered a dozen donuts, majority, Boston cream. I paid for it and then after they tell me, they don’t have it. They need to check before they take money. They also never have the donuts you want.
The staff were incredibly rude, and the coffee tasted burnt.
Upon entering the DD, I got a welcoming sense as the place was clean and I was addressed promptly. My reason for giving them a four-star rating is because one of the two drinks I ordered through their drive-through was incorrect. Upon speaking with the associate, I was met with an attitude inappropriately displayed. It took the shift manager to de-escalate the tension and correct the order.
