Went to the Burlington Pike location today and ordered a caramel iced latte and sweet black pepper bacon sandwich. When I got home and checked the sandwich I was highly disappointed that it was missing 90% of the top croissant. I understand mistakes happen but while wrapping it up the employee should have realized what was missing.

This is the first Dunkin Donuts that doesn’t follow the recipes I guess because the coffee is not strong enough tastes like watering coffee. I don’t like it. If I can give 0 stars I will.
The best Dunkin' Donuts in Ohio service is fantastic. Food is prepared promptly and served hot staff couldn't be nicer and they are very honest. Just a warm and welcoming place to pick up great coffee and awesome food. Highly recommend this is my favorite location.
