very hard workers here! they are ALWAYS busy on weekends and they do their best to keep up with the crowd of orders! never mean or have a attitude even when super busy!
I had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered one large caramel swirl coffee and a single munchkin, but was charged over $11. They rang it up as a full donut and two caramel swirls instead. When I asked for a refund, the staff couldn’t figure it out and simply told me ‘sorry.’ On top of that, the coffee itself tasted terrible. I won’t be returning.
I ordered a sandwich from them and i opened it and its burnt. I don’t recommend going here this is the second time they have burnt my food. And I told the staff the first time and they acted clueless and didn’t fix it.
Can these women not read or something!? I mean how difficult is it to make a sandwich with a croissant?!? This is their third time messing up our order! I mean this seems like just laziness to me! It's something so simple!
Food was always good, but they always seemed to be out of certain food options.
