After a long hot day one of your male workers offered us 4 waters when I showed my card he said they were free, Thank you to that worker and your store if that's part of your policy
Three people behind the counter yet they made us wait for a while before even being acknowledged. The service came with a big attitude and then didn't even scan my app for my points before snatching the money and throwing away my receipt. This was my first time here and definitely will be my last.
Decided to use my free coffee today and they messed up the whole thing, taste was off, they forgot my cold foam. Horrible. I didn’t lose money but I was looking forward to my free coffee.
Best Dunkin Donuts there is! The entire staff is always so friendly and helpful. I go every day for coffee or a refresher. The food is fresh! 2 standout servers there are Emily and Delaney!! Such sweet girls!
