Slipped and spilled my drink one foot outside of the store. They said because it’s outside the door they “can’t” replace the drink. I asked for a new cup at least because the 20% left of my drink was covered in coffee and they hesitated to give me that too

I understand the surrounding area does not permit for much pleasantries however if you do not want to work in customer service please work hard to move up in your company so you are not dealing with customers.
Okay where do I start? The inconsistentcy in customer service on a whole stems from the unprofessional behavior of the smart alec so-called manager named Uriel. He isn't a nice person to me or my girlfriend.... I don't know how he treats others but like I said he treats us not like how regular customers or any type of person should be treated and over charges us for the large coffee that we often buy from there daily....
