Workers are always late
It is now 5:40 am and the open sign is on but the door is locked. A young last is in there dragging around and when I knocked on the door she waved me off. A man standing outside with me says she will not open until some guy gets there. So apparently this happens every morning. This is unacceptable and unprofessional as a major food chain. For people like me moving around this early in the morning for work may be our only opportunity to grab breakfast and we are banking on this one shot. Got a drink that tasted very bad, and they wouldn't let me exchange it for a different drink without paying for a new one. As a barista myself, and from my experience with many other cafes, this is extremely poor service.
Ordered on the app service was great.
