I haven't been to a Dunkin lately and thought I would treat the family to some donuts. I ordered a half dozen donuts. I assumed they would be packed in a box. Not today. They were stacked on top of each other in a paper bag.
If there was a button for 0 stars, I WOULD PRESS IT. Me my friends ordered online at 7;40 we then waited for 10 minutes, as we were waiting a group of 5 people came in, each of them ordering a drink and however many doughnuts. Each of those guys left dunkin under 10 minutes, and we were still waiting for our 2 drinks and 3 doughnuts. It has been 20 minutes and we finally get our items. We left and I asked my friend for my doughnut and she replied “They gave us a bagel.” So I then had to turn around and go back, it was horrib... read more
