Very poorly run Dunkin. One of the worst I’ve seen and I’ve been to hundreds. Food from my mobile order took over 30 minutes to be made. It was one sandwich and a bagel. They got the bagel wrong. If that’s even possible. Flies everywhere. Almost 10 employees but nothing getting done. Management needs to train better or be involved.
This is the worst Dunkin in the area. The iced coffee taste terrible like it’s old or burnt. I switch to only order cold brew from this location and still taste off. Not very friendly employees. They clearly do not enjoy their job in customer service.
Flies crawling all over the donuts turned me off! The teenage boy was high as a kite and walked around 3-4 mins before waiting on me. Their iced coffee, at ALL the Dunkin’ locations I’ve visited, are all inconsistent, some I’ve had to throw in the trash. Their donuts should be in a glass cabinet, free of flying or crawling insects! This is why STARBUCKS gets my business.
I’m a local and drive up every once in a while in hopes of getting what I want. But yet again today at 8:15AM they’re sold out of certain donuts and muffins. I don’t understand this business model. But it’s the worst Dunks I’ve ever encountered across many states. Sigh.
