They were super great and very user friendly my experience was a nice one--I needed those doughnuts today! Felt right at home walking in the door..
We sat at the speaker for 5 minutes when there was no cars in the line and had to say hello for anyone to answer. I got the wrong order and they told me their kitchen wasn't working. then they shoved the drink at my husband and were very rude.
10 minutes for a door dash because they didn’t know what a bag of coffee was on the ticket?!?!
Always great! The Dunkin app & drive thru (knowing you're there when you pull up) are superior to others!
Kind people, but they've had staffing issues and she handled it amazingly. What should be easy questions, seem to be a bit complicated for them, though. Maybe just a bit (more) of training about products. Then it would be 100% They were all very nice
