They should be ashamed!!! It’s 11:30am & the seating area has all their chairs up which makes u feel ur not welcomed to sit. The staff are not pleasant at all. I was watching the woman cut my bagel & u can tell she was struggling to cut it which means it’s hard & stale. I guess they think u can’t tell once it’s toasted. I know I should have said something but I was giving the benefit of the doubt hoping they wouldn’t serve stale bagels. Ha! Just by looking at it u can tell it’s stale then I tried to bite it… ha!!! Employee busy talking on phone, no attention to waiting customer. Rudely replied she is making online order. How do I know??? All I see is you talking to someone for extended period on phone then talking to some lady in kitchen without paying any attention to me.
