I am not exaggerating when I say they get my order wrong every single time. They forget my cold foam or donut, fail to give me a utensil for the loaded hash browns or give me chipotle instead of the queso I always order. I could keep going with endless examples. However, the most disappointing and unprofessional part of all this is they never apologize. They never try to make it right. you could be the only person in the drive thru and you’ll be sitting there for 40 minutes. worth it to take the 4 extra minutes to baker’s dozen.
