made a mobile order today at around 2:30 pm at the Dunkin’ at Ben Gilman way. My husband walks in to pickup our order up and notices the coffees are iced. He then told the associate that we had ordered our coffees hot. She then responded with an attitude and said “yes you did” my husband then told her again and her response was the same. Leila did a fantastic job handling her line. Greeting customers and very efficient. DD needs more workers like her!
Love this Dunkin out of any of them in the area. Staff are nice and food and drinks are always made perfect.
