Corey goes above and beyond for customer service! Had an issue another day and he heard and made it up with a smile. Love stopping here for my after work coffee the group here is great
Cashier would not honor my free coffee on free coffee day. Instead of asking for a manager to override it. She proceeded to ask me if I thought she should pay for it. There are 3 other Dunkin near me. I will never go back to this one.
Last time going to Dunkin. After spending $200 a month for years today I was given my coffee 5/8 of the way filled because I wanted my ice coffee w/o ice. At $4 a piece I should be able to get it how I'd like it. People are tired of it. If you don't say no ice you get a cup filled with ice and 4 sips of coffee for $4.
