They don't know how to prepare food. They've given me burnt, inedible sandwiches. They don't respond to complaints.
Ordered an apple pie braid. Although it didn't appear to be, the pastry tasted burnt. Service is always slow. As I read all the reviews here, most of them cite the terrible service. The owners obviously don't care. Boycott Sardinha Brothers'-owned Dunkins, although it appears they own most of the ones in Orange County.
