I ordered doordash. The donuts were stale, one muffin was missing, the two hashbrowns were obviously old, hard, inedible. I'd love to be able to post the pic of the hashbrowns where they split one order between two containers and called it a day
This dunkin is just a hangout for the employees. Half the time the employee taking my order is sitting in their car, the person making the drinks always tells me the steam wand is broken because they are too lazy to make a hot latte. Even after repeating my order back to me today “hot latte” she dispensed hot coffee into a cup and poured milk in it right in front of me. She told me it was on the house and I said but that’s not my order and she said “quit complaining, it’s free”. After that I’m completely out of opportunities... read more
