The place was nice and clean Service was fast people are very friendly no complaints here.
Very clean place. Staff very helpful. Had an issue ordering at the kiosk so the woman at the counter took my order. Fast service.
Young American girl at the window is very rude very unpleasant . Who wants to deal with that in the morning ? Which Is why I avoid it here I will go out of my way to go else where.
I am really disappointed. I ordered a breakfast combo. I wanted caramel and mocha flavor for my coffee. I was surprised to see that they charged me extra money for the flavor. I have been to other Dunkin Donuts and have never been charged extra. I asked about it and the manager or whoever he was told me that they charge extra for that. My issue is that they are not making customers aware that they charge extra for flavoring. It is quite under handed and sneaky.
