I've been a loyal Dunkin’ fan, but my experiences at this location have been consistently disappointing. The customer service here is far from pleasant; I often feel rushed and unwelcome. Every time I order a Caramel Macchiato, I’m asked to pull to the side, which adds unnecessary waiting time. Moreover, the quality of the drinks leaves much to be desired.
