They have a knack for screwing up the most simplest of orders. 2 instructions: plain bagel. Cream cheese on the side. Somehow, I ended up with a plain bagel, sliced toasted, with cream cheese. No tip for incompetence.
Been going here for morning coffee and breakfast for a while, it is by far the most consistent dunks in the area and their coffee actually tastes good! Excellent service as well.
I've stopped through here for a sandwich & hash browns maybe five or six times when I was in a hurry. Hash browns today were cold, smashed together, and so soggy with oil the bag they came in was literally dripping grease. I don't expect much from Dunkin, but this goes far below that low bar. Will not be visiting this location again, convenient or not.
