I always try to give Dunkin’ a chance because it’s so close to my work, but the workers are not friendly, they don’t listen to you when you ask questions or try to verify what you’re getting (as someone who cannot have dairy this is important) and they don’t even say thanks. I feel old complaining about kids because I’m barely out of college myself but it’s just common courtesy. I’ve worked in retail for 5+ years and I always feel that good customer service is important.
