I was on my way back home to rochester. When our little five month old decided, it was feeding time and we did not have water unfortunately to make a bottle. (she wont drink unless its warm) I stopped here and the employees were just absolutely amazing and helped us out. Great people!! I could only imagine how great they are when it comes to getting food.
Twice this week I’ve received the wrong muffin. I can’t even call the store to ask/tell them, and see what kind I’ve received. I’m glad I didn’t blindly eat it, as I have a nut allergy. Please fix your phones!
Over hearing a worker yelling at a co-worker, very negative and made me and my friends uncomfortable
The bagels were way over cooked and very dry. It was quite disappointing.
