I usually don’t drink much coffee here, but honestly, there’s nothing better around and the donuts are traditionally great. The espresso has a strange taste, and I even ordered and paid for a Matcha Latte, but they forgot about me and finally realized they didn’t even have it. Since there was no manager, they couldn’t even refund it. Otherwise, it’s a typical store with lots of seating and a comfortable look.
I’ve had very mixed experiences at this restaurant, some staff members are clearly very well trained and do their job well, others constantly mess up orders and charge for an entire sandwich for a sausage patty. I really wanna put this location higher than one star bc when the food is good it’s good, but with the amount of times they’ve messed up our orders I cannot bring myself to rate it higher than one star. Rarely come here because the food is always burnt or my coffee is made wrong. Went through drive thru for the first time in months and the guy at the window called me "fella" and "man" when im clearly a woman. Made me feel really awesome.
Kay always makes a point to go out of her way to talk to my kids and make them smile. We love to see her working when we go in.
