I waited 15mins in line, only 3 cars ahead of me. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, hash browns and med ice coffee (not apart of 6 dollar meal deal) so I spent an extra four dollars. Then I received the sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich. I tried to call the store and their phone is disconnected. I feel like this is a big joke.
Every time I order in person they always have cold food, and it takes forever to get it. Then when I order from Doorddash half my order is missing. Ridiculous that they can't read and check things correctly.
Very miserable lady working the drive thru today!
The phone number is not working, even when I called corporate for the correct phone number, I was given the wrong one. Poor service.
This location has terrible customer service. You either wait inside for 20 minutes or sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Ordering ahead is the only way to get your order in a decent time frame and usually you still have to wait forever.
