There is some employees that are absolutely amazing and then there is some that don’t care about their customers today I ordered a hot chocolate and I got a coffee and so I came back to get my hot chocolate wasting gas the one employee was upset and told the employee that did my order and the British server said what never looked at the sticker when completing my order and all he said was sorry never giving me back my money or a free drink for the next time just a sorry I could be allergic to coffee or something in the coffe... read more
Horrible Dunkin. Most of the time they mess up our drinks and food and bad service. This place should get shut down. Got a large frozen matcha and they only filled it up three quarters of the why. Waste of my money.
