As others have mentioned, the older man at the drive thru is rude. He didn’t bother to say hello and thank you. Based on the overall environment and management style, this may not be a franchised location—which unfortunately suggests that the improvements necessary to elevate this store to a 5-star experience are unlikely to occur. If customers choose not to patronize a business, then the business wouldn’t be able to keep their doors open. Dunkin’, take note of this.
The older man at the drive thru is so rude! I asked to add a coffee to my order and he made a face (he was not thrilled at my request) then he scanned my card, handed me my bagel and closed the door. I thought I was just waiting for the coffee to be made, but he came back and asked why I was still there? I told him I was waiting on my additional order, small coffee. Discrimination!!! Waited patiently for several minutes, and the employee behind counter wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence, let alone greet or ask me for my order. Until another customer walked in several minutes later when the employee aggressively placed both hands on the counter and gestured with an aggressive nod as if I was in the wrong place. I left immediately! WORST SERVICE/LACK OF, VERY DISCRIMINATORY!!!
