Placed a order thru the dunkin app for 3 dozen donuts charged twice when it was the scheduled time for my pick up the manager was very combative aggressive and rude because they acted like they hadn't received our order she was very loud an obnoxious telling me to provide proof of my purchase which I had digitally in my hand thru the dunkin app she went on to find my oder slam it down on the counter an refused to apologize for her lack of customer service. People are waiting 30 minutes for orders. Store is disorganized and quite dirty today. Hot food was cold by the time I got donuts and my wrap was overcooked. Didn't even apologize for the wait. And this is definitely not the first time this has happened.
Slowest service of all of NE Ohio's Dunkins. Staff is chaotic, seems like here is no supervision to create order or efficiency. Many tables still dirty. Waited 5-7 minutes to order and receive a simple cup of coffee two days in a row. Not going back
