People are waiting 30 minutes for orders. Store is disorganized and quite dirty today. Hot food was cold by the time I got donuts and my wrap was overcooked. Didn't even apologize for the wait. And this is definitely not the first time this has happened.
Slowest service of all of NE Ohio's Dunkins. Staff is chaotic, seems like here is no supervision to create order or efficiency. Many tables still dirty. Waited 5-7 minutes to order and receive a simple cup of coffee two days in a row. Not going back
Great and clean Dunkin. Workers are super nice.

This location never disappoints. If they make a mistake, they fix it. Great job
