Didn’t get her name, but a Heavy set black female with tattoos on her face attended me. I tried to order a shakin espresso. I asked to substitute the brown sugar for a different syrup as well as an extra shot. She said she couldn’t make it the way I was asking, because that’s not how the shakin espresso is made. I advised her I order it that way all the time at this same location. Always have been willing to pay extra if need be. Said she didn’t care, and that’s the only way she will make it.
