Floor and counters were filthy in front and behind the counter. A fly landed on the terminal while I was ordering. Staff was loud and obnoxious with at least half of them standing around doing nothing.
The best Dunkin' we've ever been to, by far. Above and beyond, friendly service with a smile. Best coffee and food we've had at a Dunkin' too!
I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt it was warranted. My brother and I stopped at this Dunkin for coffee Coolattas before running errands. We went through the drive-thru and didn't realize until about five minutes down the road that both drinks had been made incorrectly.
