I ordered here for the first time the other day. I placed a mobile pick up order and picked up five minutes later. The bagel was fresh and the drink tasted great. They were very fast and efficient.
The coffee I went to drink tasted burnt. Not sure if that's the batista's fault, or just terrible coffee for the brand. Also, couldn't use the restroom because it was out of order. Place looked sticky, and the trash bins were full even though there were no other customers. The workers look like they were running autonomously, as if wondering what day they will decide they will quit or tell off a customer.
