I order 1hot coffee to pick up 45 min in advance and when I got there they acted like they don’t do orders nor did they care enough to look up my order or prepare it and when you call their phone number to speak to the manager an automated response says we’re busy call back another time and hangs up. Very poor service here!
Got 2 wraps asked for no egg on both. Got egg on both.ordered 2 hashbrowns Got 1. You have been messing up. Will never order agaim
It’s a daily routine now that I check my food before I pull away because it’s burnt every time. Not just sometimes not just once in a while every single time I’ve gone there it’s been burnt. Luckily the staff is nice and always replaces it for me, But it adds a couple minutes to my trip every time.
not a good experience here at all. there’s a girl there with an eyebrow piercing and black hair who just looked a complete mess! her pants were all the way down and i saw her blowing smoke in the back. she also took 10 minutes to get me my coffee when there was only 2 people inside and no line at all. i will not be going here anymore and will find a different dunkin
