this place needs to stay closed. any time id go in the morning i could get a latte no problem, but for some reason any time past like 3-5 pm, somehow the latte machine was “broken.” almost every day for like a month. i used to have a great experience with this place and they were my main dunks for a while but its super unsanitary and the kids there dont really care for it they just want their paycheck
store is always dirty, every time i order at the counter i somehow always get the girl with the piercings and she always has a nasty attitude. went in today because i wanted just a plain bagel but i saw this at the counter. i turned around and went to starbux do better.
Ice coffee was not made. Line out the door waiting for coffee. No one was wearing gloves when dealing with food. No communication when ordering drinks that there was a 10min wait.
Dunkin general manager I really hope you see this and the numerous 1 star reviews. This location is absolutely the worst within the Salem,NH area. Rude customer service, absolutely dirty kitchen and poor product quality. This is an ongoing issue with this location. With how filthy the front looks I can only wonder how the back kitchen must be.
Store at Rockingham Mall 99 Rockingham park blvd, Saturday around 12pm, staff were extremely slow moving and appeared to be under the influence of something (eyes were glossy and squinty with bags under eyes of several staff). Made my coffee wrong first time, asked for another and was given attitude by blonde heavy girl. Explained I order this coffee daily and I know what it tastes like.
