Failed to melt the cheese…….
Please stop adding water to the iced coffees. It leaves it with no taste besides caramel and water.

First time here I mobile ordered a bagel with cream cheese, hashbrowns, and a large refresher. I got a medium refresher and barely any cream cheese and the bagel was not toasted/warm like it was supposed to me. Second time I went no issues without mobile order. Third time second mobile order I got a large refresher which I got this time with a blueberry muffin… the muffin still had uncooked batter In it.
