The manager at this Dunkin’s is terrible he is flat out rude and has no customer service skills on top of that he treats his employees Terribly I went into this location two days in a row on one occasion, he said out loud to himself why do I have employees so I can do the work myself? i just had the absolute most horrible disgusting experience at this dunks. the employee in the drive through was nasty and rude. we then proceeded to wait 25 minutes in line for the wrong food. embarrassing.
My go to Dunkin every morning! The staff is friendly, fast, efficient, and always makes my sandwich perfectly! I can’t think of a better way to start the day!
The absolute worst customer service. Guy in the blue shirt had gloves on, scratched his head and didn’t even change the gloves. I got a small cold brew and tasted like they mixed water with left over cold brew to increase the quantity. I really don’t know how the General managers don’t take note of the poor quality and low reviews. I guess Dunkin doesn’t care about food quality, safety or hygiene anymore.
