Terrible costumer service. Absolutely terrible. My husband, who is a blue collar worker, doesn't know anything about Dunkin. When he's told numerous times he can't have a specific drink with a meal deal, and no one is giving him options, it's frustrating trying to figure it out, especially with limited drinks on the drive-thru screen. there are lots of difference in each DD,sometimes my iced coffee taste like the coffee at the bottom of the pot that has been on a hot surface all day,others coffee is smooth and delicious and fresh
