6/18. It’s as if this location doesn’t know how to read order ahead. They continuously get orders wrong. I have to go back in almost everytime to have them remake a sandwich. I’d think “no egg” would be an easy ask but alas, this location doesn’t care to look at the customers requests. Management doesn’t do anything either. They are rude to customers and employees alike. If this location wasn’t on my way to the train everyday I’d avoid it completely but there is no local coffee shop to go to. This place is AWFUL. One Friday they were not open at 5am and I couldn’t get my mobile order. Following week they forgot bacon on my bacon avocado toast. I asked about it and she threw it on. Then the bread wasn’t toasted. She was so mad she then burnt my bacon. Today had to ask for my mobile order after ten minutes.
