I went yesterday to pick up coffee and tea and the service was horrible. First, the person that greeted me at the counter (a manager) was not friendly or welcoming. Did not get a thank you and have a nice day! There were two people in front of me complaining and waiting for someone to acknowledge them so that they could get their order CORRECTED. I was warned not to use this DD and now I know why. I'd rather drove an hour away to another DD than to use this one again.

6/18. It’s as if this location doesn’t know how to read order ahead. They continuously get orders wrong. I have to go back in almost everytime to have them remake a sandwich. I’d think “no egg” would be an easy ask but alas, this location doesn’t care to look at the customers requests. Management doesn’t do anything either. They are rude to customers and employees alike.
