Less than ideal. The staff member barely spoke to me, didn’t acknowledge me when I spoke or offer a receipt. The real issue was my “coffee” was a cup of hot water with cream. It was not coffee and ended up being thrown out because it wasn’t drinkable. It was a waste of time, money and creamer. It didn’t even smell faintly of coffee. I understand malfunctions but since it was dead and I was the only customer at that time, I’d expect someone to notice they’re serving hot water with cream. Lame visit.
Good location. Stale offerings. They don't list certain items anymore. That approach makes me go elsewhere. Prices are too high.
It's a coffee shop. They don't even post tea items anymore. If you don't post it, I'm not inquiring or buying. Donuts here are typically stale. Staff are usually indifferent to rude. People who walk in are always treated second rate to drive-up customers. They've screwed up my orders multiple times, too. BTW- Everything here is way too expensive. Everything is very much overpriced.
Severely understaffed. Cannot keep up with orders and will prioritize drive thru no matter no long you have been waiting. Waited for 30 minutes for 2 coffees because the two kids in the back couldn't keep up with all the orders by themselves. Was the only person inside and if I hadn't asked would have sat even longer. Ridiculous, another customer waited 10 minutes to have their order taken. Pay people or shut down
