These folks hate their jobs. The lady at the window handed me my "coffee" and another drink then ran off. I yelled to get her attention because they failed to give me a straw for both drinks. She heard me but just walked away.
I go here for my lunch break to get my coffee for the day. sometimes its made right but most times its not. More often then not they don't make the coffee according to what I order. They constantly forget the mocha and the sugar.
Terrible service today, I went in stood at the counter 5 minutes without asking to take my order so I had to order online, then they gave me my food still waiting on my drink while serving others and giving them food and drinks after me
