Was having difficulty with my card and the general manager Berry helped me figure it out in the sweetest most kindest way ever. He is awesome so is all the staff great variety of foods and sweet treats too at this Dunkin! Did forget my straws but I'm not trippin lol
Coffee was great after it was made 2nd time , very disappointed this Duncan Donut wants to charge the customers $1.00 per Donut extra for heart shape donuts, instead of making people Happy on the Valentine's Day occasion they're making people pay more if the want to be happy. This never happens in other markets. I guess it's only in Hobbs NM.
I asked for my bagel to be cut in half, but it was not. This a a recurring theme, at several of the stores I visit. Also the egg was cold.
GM Barry was holding down the fort by himself during the worst winter weather we have had out here in decades. You're a real on for that.
