I got my usual (and a little complicated) refresher and the girl who served me, Savannah, was absolutely the sweetest! She handled with great care and made my drink amazing! Savannah is a rockstar!
Opens later than posted due to lack of work ethics. Sometimes by over an hour. Closes earlier than most DD's by two hours or more.
Older woman with darker hair and no visor, I think I heard someone call her Olivia, is so rude to the employees. The way I heard her speaking to employees while I was standing in line made me turn around and walk out. Someone needs to get that woman under control. Whether she’s an employee or a manager there she needs to be fired, truly disgusting how she speaks to people.
Drive thru is slow, even when no one is in front of you. And when you get to the window to pick up your order, employees are usually chatting with each and look at you like your bothering them and your order is sitting there. They are always out of milk for tea, but yet im sure they sell milk in their cooler, but just won't open one up. They are always stating cash only but is it? The owner should be aware of this.
