Very Rude manager... eventhough I was a costumer and get a drink, didn't let me use the bedroom 🙃 very Rude and no consideration for customer service.
Very warm , welcoming and friendly service.
They forgot the cream cheese on my bagel and it's burnt. Burnt on the outside and barely toasted in the inside. Literally disgusting. Didn't think I would have to check for that in the drive through. First time ordering here not really a Dunkin/breakfast person and it's going to stay that way. Customer service is terrible the employee name is Crystal, she has an attitude always making her stupid face when I’m ready to pick up my order …and I just stopped ordering in this place because she told me that if I wanted to order to go inside the lobby I was a everyday customer for 20years and spent 40 dollars mostly every day so I prefer to go to Homewood DD they have better service and is not the same owner.
